We are not obligated to carry any item that has been discontinued by a manufacturer. All items are subject to availability. As the manufacturers' product lines change, our product line changes also. Occasionally, items may not be available to ship at the time of your order. If we are unable to ship the item within 2 business days, you will be notified. You will then have the option to cancel the order or place the item on back order.
All products listed in this website will be the price you pay delivered to anywhere in the UK. We can guarantee that there are NO hidden delivery/admin charges that you may get asked to pay upon receipt of your order.
Postage charges are calculated in the checkout process of the website once you choose your destination country. You may be liable for local import taxes in your area based on the total order value; it is your reasonability to check with your local authorities.
Non BSI/EC05 Approved Visors
Some of the visors we sell are not BSI/EC-2205 approved and subsequently do not come with the relevant authentication stamp. It is your responsibility to check with the local authorities as to the legality of the visor(s) purchased. Racevisors.co.uk do not recommend the use of tinted or iridium visors in poor light or bad weather conditions.
All the Motorcycle helmets we sell are EC-2205 approved and are only approved for use on UK and EU Roads, if you are based outside the EU please check with your local government/law makers to see if this is the correct safety standard you require for your region.
Paying for your product - Currency's
All payments are taken in GBP British Pound Sterling, please use the currency converter as an indication only. The final payment will be taken in GBP so there may be an exchange rate difference applied by your Bank after you have placed the order. The Currency Rates shown on our website are automatically updated daily based on the latest Exchange Rates, but these rates can vary slightly and can be higher or lower. All items are shipped to the address as supplied by the customer via the website automatically. If the address supplied is incorrect and the item therefore has subsequently not reached its destination, no replacements will be sent out until the original order has been received back to us. Any orders that go missing due to an incorrectly supplied address are the customer’s responsibility.
As stated above, all items are shipped to the address as supplied by the customer via the website automatically. If, for any reason, a delivery is refused and returned to ourselves as ‘undelivered’, any postage charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
Throughout the site there are often offers where linked items/gifts can be purchased at a heavily discounted price or are supplied at no charge. If the main item is returned for any reason, these linked items have to be returned also.
