If you have a problem, are unhappy with your purchase, or have just changed you mind we will accept the item back for a full refund or exchange if preferred. You can return any item within 90 days and we will be happy to offer a full refund or exchange.
All returns will need to be sent back unused* and in a saleable condition** in their original condition & packaging.
* Unused Condition - Visors & Pinlock® insert can be returned if they have not been fitted or attempted to be fitted and there protective films are still attached. Helmets can only be returned if all protective films & tags are still attached.
** Saleable Condition - Items must be in same condition as they were sent. This includes packaging, bags, documentation protective films etc. If this is not the case Shopoffshore Ltd may charge for repackaging or refuse the accept the return.
If an item has been delivered incorrectly we will also refund the delivery return charges, please contact us so we can advise the return delivery service required be for sending the item back.
All returns and exchanges require a return authorisation number, please contact us at email@example.com before returning your goods.
When you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we have delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
