XXS-L - XX-Small to Large helmet sizes

XL-XXXL - X-Large to XXX-large helmet sizes

The N104 visor Pinlock® inserts clip between two small adjustable eccentric pins located in your helmet visor, these inserts can be easily swapped over depending on your riding needs. The Nolan N104 visor inserts are produced with the Pinlock® 70 lens and offer excellent anti-fog protection for your daily commute.

The Nolan N104 Pinlock® insert is made of a moisture absorbing plastic and the silicone seal on the Pinlock® insert ensures there is an insulating air layer between the Pinlock® insert and the visor. Both these combinations make Pinlock® the worlds number one anti-fog product.

Pinlock® Types

Standard = A standard insert with no silicone bead, this insert fits flush to the visor surface.

FSB = A Pinlock® insert with the full silicone bead, this bead helps create an airtight chamber between the inset and visor adding to the Pinlock® anti-fog performance.

Pinlock® inserts are available in many different colours, there is always a Pinlock® colour suited to your riding style or traveling needs. The colours listed below are available for most Pinlock® models.

Clear Insert

This clear insert is now being supplied with the helmet as standard by most helmet manufacturers. This insert offers you clear and fog free vision under normal weather conditions.

Smoke Tint Insert

If the sun is shining with partially cloudy skies, the Light Smoke is the perfect insert. This lightly tinted insert offers comfortable vision under these conditions.

Yellow

If it will be heavily cloudy or the weather conditions will be changing, an insert with more contrast is the right solution. The yellow Pinlock® insert is excellent for misty and rainy weather.
