Returns/Exchange Policy
The return/exchange of merchandise can be made within 30 days of receipt with prior approval ONLY. If the claim is due to damage or shortage you must contact Racevisors.co.uk within 3 days of recipt and before attempting to fit or use the item. NO merchandise can be returned or exchanged once installed. You MUST CALL FIRST to obtain a return/exchange authorisation number before returning/exchanging an item. Items returned/exchanged without prior authorization WILL NOT be accepted or credited.
The merchandise must be returned/exchanged in *saleable condition*. Returned/exchanged merchandise shipping cost will be paid for by the customer and all merchandise is subject to a minimum 5% restocking cost or actual restocking charge from the manufacturer, whichever is greater. There will also be a small postage charge for the origanal cost to send the item out, this is approx £10.00 for helmets & £2.95 for visors for the UK etc.
* Saleable Condition* - Items must be in same condition as they were sent. This includes packaging, bags, documentation protective films etc. If this is not the case Shopoffshore LTD may charge for repackaging or refuse the accept the return/exchange.
Discontinued or closeout items CANNOT be returned/exchanged, no exception. Once a return/exchange authorisation number is issued, the return/exchange must be in possession of Shop Offshore Ltd. within 7 business days. Please note, typically manufacturers do not offer warranties on visors unfortunately but in exceptional circumstances Shop Offshore Ltd. may consider offering warranty replacements at their own expense.
Remember, an exchange is considered to be a return and will be subject to the same terms.
Clearance items policy
Any clearance item cannot be returned for refund except if product is faulty subject to manufactures warrenty policy. Exchanges can be made on clearance items in line with exchange policy above, however all postage costs and a 5% restocking charge will be applied.
Return/Exchange Procedure
Contact a Shop Offshore Ltd. Representative via email to have a return/exchange authorization number issued.
All merchandise must be returned/exchanged in the original packaging and in the same condition they were sold.
Once issued the Return/Exchange Authorization number must be displayed on the outside of the shipping box, NOT on the original packaging.
Returns/exchanges must include the customer's written name, address, phone number and reason for the return/exchange.
Merchandise must be returned/exchanged undamaged, with no marks on the original manufacturer packaging.
All returns/exchanges are subject to inspection for damage, misuse, improper packaging and/or missing parts. Shop Offshore Ltd. retains to right to issue a credit at its sole discretion.

Damaged Boxes
Any damage to your box and/or its contents from shipping should be reported directly to the freight carrier then to Shop Offshore Ltd.
Delivery Address
All items are shipped to the address as supplied by the customer via the website automatically. If the address supplied is incorrect and the item therefore has subsequently not reached its destination, no replacements will be sent out until the original order has been received back to us. Any orders that go missing due to an incorrectly supplied address are the customer’s responsibility.
Refused Deliveries
As stated above, all items are shipped to the address as supplied by the customer via the website automatically. If, for any reason, a delivery is refused and returned to ourselves as ‘undelivered’, any postage charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
