FAQ

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Most UK orders arrive within 1-2 working days, but please allow up to 5 working days for UK orders.  Most international orders typically arrive within 5-7 working days, but again on rare occasions please allow up to 10-14 working days.

I ordered 3 items but only one has arrived?
Some items are posted separate, most will arrive the same day or within 24hrs.

My free visor was not delivered with my helmet where is it?
Spare visors are mostly sent separate from the helmets and will arrive within 48 hrs of the helmet delivery.

Will I be charged VAT or Taxes?
There are no VAT charges that you will be asked to pay upon delivery to any UK address. (Foreign orders may be liable to import charges please consult you local customs)

I’m not too sure which visor fits my helmet?
If you are unsure of which helmet/visor you have the easiest thing is to email us a photo of the helmet/visor and we will be able to advise which model you need.

What’s the difference between Standard visors, Pinlock Ready visors and with Posts visors?
Standard visors are a normal visor, which has no lugs attached to the outside or Pins attached to the inside.

Pinlock ready visors have two small pins on the inside of the visor you can attach the anti fog Pinlock inserts.

With posts is a visor with lugs attached on the outside so tear off films can be attached (mainly used on race tracks)

What is the UK law on Tinted/Iridium visors?
Any visor with a light transmission rate of less than 50% is deemed to be not UK road legal. A typical dark tint and iridium visor has between 40% to 20% light transmission rates. A standard road legal tinted visor has a 50% transmission rate.

In the latest police guideline report this is the following recommendation to all England, Wales and Northern Ireland forces

“Tinted visors, if used during daylight hours, advice only, if used during the hours of darkness or conditions of reduced visibility consider prosecution using ‘Tintman’ equipment where available.

It is acknowledged that there is much debate about this issue and many variables and anomalies can be applied.  Therefore a pragmatic approach is necessary and only in cases where there is an obvious danger should prosecution be considered”
